Some villagers are willing to help in transporting the goods and renting a cart and mule, for a total cost of 10gp.

After paying the fee for the provision and the help, Sera take her leave from the Elder. "I'm sorry for only taking a short visit this time. next time I will make sure to take some time around nya. If anything happens, just send a message to Eltur Guard, nya. I will do my best to help."
Before taking her leave, Sera visits Little Emily and take some time with her. In the end she gave a pouch (filled with 50 gp) to Little Emily with a note it's up to her how to use it. She also give the same pouch to the handless man with a hope the money can be use to help their condition.
After some farewell, with the provision, Sera decided to return to Baldur's Gate to then continue her journey with the refugees and the provisions to Eltur Guard.

Before the departure, Sera makes sure if there is a message for her at the Three Olg Kegs Inn.
And make sure to leave a message as well to the others when she departs.
