Finding work at a city in a sudden time is almost impossible; however there is still some sort of mercenary mission offers at the Three Old Kegs. Other than that, Sera need to use her wits to find opportunity.

There are no 'part-time job' currently available. However in Baldur's Gate there are many street artists who perform on the road or taverns. They received rewards based on the charity of bypassers.
The Mission at the Three Old Kegs are of various problems, but none can be done less than two days.
