Time: After end of chapter 1, after discussion with Kayla, Vinan, Mi Chin and Bruno
After discussing with the other 4, with 'what to do' notes on her journal, and money she borrowed from Silver Saints, Sera decided to go to first stop she write on the list: the port.
At the port, she looks around and ask around if there's a boat or ship which can be rent.

Sera was amazed by the number of idle ships and boats at the port. It seems that some of them are waiting for cargoes, while the others seemed to be waiting for client.

After trying to regain her composure for a while, Sera decided to go near the captain of the ships. Asking how much is the rent, daily rent, weekly rent, and monthly rent.

Sera managed only to find a cost to transfer from Baldur's Gate to another place, based on days of travel.

The ship is big enough to bring the refugees, along a good space of cargo hold. They also looks trustworthy. However, about the price it really depends on the destination.
