Eltur Guard Stronghold, Year of the Fallen Friend, Hammer (The Deepwinter)
After she parted with Ms. Viega at the stable, Kayla decided to walk around Eltur Guard, as she felt that she only knew her room, throne room, the great hall, the shrine, the training ground, the underground port, and recently, the stable as part of Eltur Guard. Even she had yet took some time to look around the underground port after being renovated under brother-of-arms Domine supervision.
She had this urge to know more about her own "land" after Silver Saint's short visit to Divine Utopia.
Thus, Kayla walked around to know what Eltur Guard already had all this time, before she decided where she would visit first.

Kayla walked around Eltur Guard, and found out that the bakery is running with two mills, one from river and one windmill. Several huts for villagers are also being erected, and a lumberjack loghouse at the entrance of the woods near Eltur Guard. Activities of the villagers around Eltur Guard are dominated lumbering, processing the logs with saw, preparing land for spring, building huts and other infrastructures, and tending the livestocks near the stable.

After walking for a while, Kayla decided to visit the huts first, to see how the condition over there.

The huts are in good condition yet simple and basic, that people can start living in there soon. It will house many villagers, thus the stronghold can be used for other purposes.

Kayla walked closer to the unfinished huts, although she was trying to not disturb the villagers by stopping a bit far from the huts. She tried to check and guess the villagers condition from that spot.

Didn't want to make a false guess, Kayla decided to walk closer to them. She walked slowly while watching the villagers.

The villagers focus on building, but several who realized that Kayla was approaching immediately gave bow politely.

"Please rise and continue on what you are working at," Kayla said to the villager(s) who bowed at her.
"I do not wish to cause a bother to your work here," she added.

They nodded and resumed their work. Some of the villagers are making furnitures too using the spare woods.
